    We had prepaid to stay 3 nights. On 1st night I emailed the hotel about a short list of basic cleanliness issues and left for my conference. Email not actioned. Having stayed here 2 years prior, the poor cleanliness and how tired the rooms look, shocked us ... Floors- disgusting  Bathroom floors - disgusting  Poo under toilet seat - disgusting  Lack of toilet paper Shower drain grill - disgusting  Bathroom bin full, not by us - disgusting  We'll be out daytime. The horrendous amount of dust and general poor cleaning - we can live with. Sorry - wont be coming back to Nightcaps !

    My husband and I booked this place for a weekend getaway. Just 15mins drive away from Liverpool or Cabramatta. The hotel room looked like it’s recently refurnished. Room was clean with a spacious bathroom. They provided free parking. No slippers or toothbrush was provided tho.

    There was a filthy red stain on the blanket covering. I wish the housekeeping staff had checked before the customer checked in. We asked the staff to get it changed, and they did it. Get your own shower cap as they don't provide one. This place is near the main road so you hear a lot of vehicle noise whole night especially at weekends.
