Booked a single room. It was a cozy, clean, and lovely room. The location was excellent, 2-3 minutes walk from train station. Shops around the block and Bankstown central Shopping Centre 7 minutes walk. It's a pub hotel but there were no pub sounds from my room. They provided toiletries so that was great. The shower and bed was comfy (but you may not like it if you prefer harder beds). Housekeeping staff was friendly. The friendliness of the front desk staff varies but all were polite. I didn't see front desk staff around except around checkin hours, but you could always ask the bar staff and they'll try to help. The hardest part was that there was no lift so if you have accessibility issues or heavy luggage, it could be a challenge, and there was no bar fridge in my room, so some improvements I would suggest would be to have a bar fridge and self serve laundry facility. Overall, the rooms were comfy and it was a nice stay.
