    Loved my stay here! Super clean rooms, comfy bed, and the staff were genuinely nice. Location is amazing — everything is just a short walk away. Would happily book again next time I’m in Sydney.

    Reception was at the jackpot and drinks counter. The reception was not available from 6 to 10 amas the jackpot side was closed. Roombot very clean and had cobwebs. Also sometimes no hard water for bathing. Had to climb stairs to get to room. No lift. Also hard to close main door and had to bang it to ensure closed. Room without microwave and kettle. Had to request for one. Tea and coffee can only be obtained after 10 am. Check out time. Staff friendly but place quite run down . Bathtub also had stain and bedsheet not very clean though the room was made up daily. Dim yellow light in toilet. No cups or tea spoons in room to make drinks.
