Good location and nice breakfast

The room is clean and comfortable with a nice view and an openable window for fresh air, This design is deeply appreciated and great for airing the room.
Breakfast was nice which included a good spread of local food though it can be less salty.
There was a nice indoor and outdoor onsen which is v clean and user friendly.
The hotel practices sustainability by doing away with plastic water bottles. However, instructions in English should be provided on where the water points are and use of paper cups should be reduced.
It will be good for hotel to consider having timber/bamboo floors in the rooms for future renovations for their hypo-allergenic qualities and easy cleaning. Also, to provide a simple map on platforms like Agoda where the carpark location is for ease of guests.

They even have children slippers and facial masks for guests too. Room size is also very good.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite Tokushima Station and it was easy to catch a train or bus from there. The single room is clean and spacious. The onsen is also something to look forward to after a long day. Many restaurants and shops around the area, and there is a convenience store just below the hotel.
