The room is clean, the staffs are lovely, the location is convenient and quiet, the breakfast (we ordered the Japanese version) is high quality, the toiletry set got everything (face care, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), they also provide us umbrellas when it was raining, hand warmer pad when it was cold, top service - in short, we had a very pleasant stay, we are very grateful ๐

The best service ever! A very traditional room, quiet atmosphere, very attentive staff and a unique Kyoto character. Hard to beat this service and quality anywhere in the World, even 5 star hotels!
