The hotel is less than a block away from the Duomo and surrounded by public transport. Yes it is a bit on the older side and small, but really didn't matter when you're at the heart of Milan. Side note, the breakfast was great with made to order coffees

They should not rent out room 14, the toilet design is ridiculous. When I checked in, they said that’s the only room they have and I have to wait till the next day to change room. It’s really unfair to guests who pay the same amount but not given a choice. It’s impossible for people to use the toilet. The hotel location is good but if u get the room facing the road, be prepared for no sleep. The tram operates until 2.30am and starts again at 5.30am. I did not have sleep at all and on the second day change to 34 (level 3) less noisy but it’s the same. Much bigger room. The 2 ladies service was hostile and horrible. The man on the front counter was the nicer one. I would not stay here again although the location is good.
