Great location. Modern rooms.

Service at the restaurant has been very slow and not very attentive, motivation of employees have been different.

Location, exceptional staff

This is becoming a common theme when visiting such hotels now. I book this type of hotel because of the varied facilities they offer, like terrace etc. But it is now evident that hotels close off these facilities to guests to corporate events to bring in extra income. I pay for these facilities and expect to be able to have access to these, otherwise what am I paying for. On every occasion of visiting Milan I have had restrictions on accessing the hotel fully and think this is not acceptable. Also the in house restaurants and bars are run by outside companies and the first visit led to serious food poisoning and the second to the bar very poor service.

We had a great time, all the team did everything they could to make our stay memorable. The hotel is also brand new, room has a great space. All the hotel staff is very kind and gentle. We are certainly coming back.

The location itself is perfect. Staff a mix of super friendly ( concierge/ check in/ breakfast and totally not interested in the bar during drinks. Breakfast is excellent but over the top expensive if paid for. Ours was free to compensate for parking access mess

The access by car to the hotel is a total nightmare. They tell you to go to plaza Torino and then follow the tramline. One problem, due to construction work and renovation of the square, the hotel isn’t accessible. Crazy not to give clearer instructions. The room design is modern but weird. A sink next to desk, shower flooding the floor into the room, it all looks nice but isn’t particularly well designed for hotel usage.
