    Too overpriced hotel with surprisingly no AC and SPA specially when the hotel is charging such high prices . Bir the staff was great and the hospitality great which made our stay comfortable. The manager from Nepal really helped to make up for no Aircon in the hotel which was shocking to entire family

    A nice place with hot spring for traveler who want to see Fuji mountain or simply enjoy golf trip after a long day. The only thing need to be aware of is that you would need some transportation or rent a car, since this area is hard to get taxi around after 6pm. The rest of the hotel is great!

    Room is huge. Staff is helpful and makes you feel welcome. Overall is well maintenance just that some things in the room are showing its age.
