    Yamanaka Lake is just a 1 min walk away. Recommend to self drive (free parking lot available) but if coming by bus, there's a bus from Shinjuku to Hirano Bus Stop, which is 5min walk away from the bus stop. Local bus to Kawaguchiko takes ~1.5hours. Double storey flat with equipped full kitchen. Abundance of appliance available. Electric grills available. Visited in early Dec (winter) - had floor heating and aircon (up to 30 deg Celsius) so wasn't too cold. Water pressure was great, no issues with water heating either. Both rooms are on the second floor, so might have accessibility issues for some groups. 5th bed is sort of a bunk bed in the attic, with a small window which allows the person sleeping there to look out of the window, into the scenery outside. Very cute experience ~ Stayed 2 nights, 6 people. Very comfortable Be prepared to leave luggage (s) at the level one if u come with very big ones. Absolutely stunning vide of my Fuji in the morning,afternoon and night (with stars) Would definitely be back

    If the weather ok, can see the Mount Fuji. All facilities very nice. Location will be a bit far to town. 7-11 and lake is within walking distance

    Excellent location with a stunning view of Mount Fuji! In the morning, we could even walk to the nearby lakeside to watch the sunrise over Mount Fuji truly unforgettable. The house is well-equipped with high-quality, five-star facilities, and everything was spotless and clean. Our group of seven felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Many thanks to Rakuten villa team for giving us such a wonderful accommodation experience. Highly recommended! The only thing was that the check-in process took quite some time, which tested our patience a little. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

    A wonderful place to stay with friends and family, offering a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. We spent a lot of time dining at the villa, enjoying the scenery, taking walks to the lakeside, and capturing plenty of beautiful photos.
