I’d like to say that Freida was so hospitable and friendly, made me happy and welcome to be there! Wonderful service from her!
Otherwise, only complaint is that my room door lock didn’t seem to fit/work. I understand that renovations were happening but the room turn lock is important to feeling safe! I was in room 425

An absolutely great experience. The hotel was spotless, the staff VERY friendly and professional. Will stay there again when I go again to Decatur!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good, the room was clean and spacious. We did have a broken blackout shade (it wouldn’t go up or down but since it was already down that worked out okay and the staff put in a maintenance request to have it fixed.
