Size of rooms and feeling like “home” setting
Our rooms heat did not work. Even when turned it on heat it still was blowing out cold air so had to shut it off all together just to maintain warmth in the room.

Check in was easy and the receptionist was super nice
We asked for an extended check out. Housekeeping supervisor said yes we could check out an hour lady. The receptionist during check out came to our room, was rude asking if we were ready to check out. I said no we have until 1. She said no you don't. I said yes I talked to house keeping. She said ok and walked away. Obviously there was no communication with our request but overall the stay was nice. Our closet door was broken but we didn't need to use it.
