    This was easily the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Croatia (I booked around 7 different places), and it truly stood out in every way. The facilities are modern, clean, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the high-quality amenities—L’Occitane shampoo and conditioner, plus many thoughtful extras you don’t usually see at this level, like tissues, sewing kits, and complimentary snacks and beverages. And not just basic ones—they were actually good quality, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and welcoming. What really made the experience exceptional was the service. The front desk staff, especially Mariko (I hope I got the name right—the gentleman with eye glasses), was incredibly kind and helpful. I had an issue with Arriva, and he went above and beyond to assist—calling the company and trying multiple ways to help me resolve it. Even though it didn’t get fully sorted, I truly appreciated the effort and care he showed. Breakfast was another highlight—great variety with delicious sandwiches and savory options, and excellent coffee to start the day. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re traveling by coach, yet still quiet and comfortable. Overall, this hotel made me feel genuinely cared for. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zagreb.

    I chose this place since its near the bus station. Surprisingly modern, excellent facilties and good customer service. Its found in a quiet neighborhood with a play field nearby. You can hear kids playing in the afternoon. The hotel staff recommended a local restaurant that did not disappoint. Walking to the city center is possible though long. Overall, an excellent place for a quick stay in the city.

    Their cleaning staff start at 7.45am, throwing stacks of towels and sheets onto metal trolley. The rooms are absolutely not sound proof. Not how I wanted to wake up today... Now I'm awake listening to them hoovering the room next door...
