Friendly and hardworking staff, good hospitality. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well though, and I think my friend that I stayed with might have been allergic to something in the room, he was stuffy and tired the whole time

Loved the style of the property. Very different to what we have stayed in the past. Alexandra was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout and in particular when we arrived as lots of local useful information was provided along with answering any questions raised. Thank you for contributing to our Verona experience.

Nice bright and impeccably clean room facing the river. The external bathroom was spacious and clean (and a bathrobe and slippers were provided). Very friendly host gave us some good tips on Verona.
