    The staff were not very friendly. I felt like they did not like foreign guests like me. The water heater did not work properly, which was quite inconvenient. There were also many mosquitoes in my room. I hope the hotel can improve these issues and provide a better experience for future guests.

    We did have a lovely amazing stay. The view from our room was amazing, a convenience store was near the hotel, a lovely cafe was just 5mins walk and staff were very helpful. We'll definitely be back again.

    The location is just accross Osaka Castle Garden. It offers beutiful view to the castle. There's also a shopping mall within walking distance. MRT station is arouns 10 minutes walk but the hotel provides regular free shuttle bus to the MRT station
