Wonderful hotel and the staff were very helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. The private bath is recommended if you have tattoos.

We arrived at night, with 2 kids already tired. Staff was very welcoming and immediately helped unload bags and stroller. Property is old but feeling is warm and everyone is very kind.
Traditional Japanese rooms were clean and spacious, and kids also enjoyed a relaxing time.
They also have an internal pond, where they breed many many colored Japanese carps, and guests can feed them too.
Very good experience overall.

Awesome, accomodations, since I have a tattoo I was unable to use the Onsen, still wonderful stay.
