    i booked this hotel on my last night in Namba because its affordable, and walking distance to OCAT for the bus to the airport. i was just a bit disappointed while checking in. i came around 11am left my luggage and went around for shopping and lunch then went back to the hotel at 1pm. i was a bit tired from my walking so i sat at the lobby while waiting for the check in time. then a couple came in with their luggage as well and they left their luggage and went out after the reception advised them to come back at 3pm for check in. then another guest came and the reception advised the same. i was browsing on my phone but at the same time i heard their conversation. a man at the reception called the last guest after he left the luggage and ask for his passport it was almost 3pm already. then they took that much time talking and he checked him in. the lady reception called the couple who came after me and i was surprised and wondering. i choose to keep quite as i don’t like to ruin my last day in Osaka. but i was disappointed.

    Near OCAT, located on a more quiet street in Osaka, but near everything else, a short walk to grocery and 7-11, staff is friendly and rooms are value for money, there’s a washing machine and an adequate seating area on the ground floor for breakfast, and free coffee and water all day with microwave oven for when you want to reheat some food. Also, the room has an AC you can adjust, a small fridge and a humidifier, I enjoyed my stay here

    It is unfortunate this relatively nice and new hotel is doomed if the girl without manners is not provided extensive training. Cleaning staff do not seem to clean the rooms well. There was a yellow Donki bag under the bed which we noticed after checking in.
