The hotel was in a quiet location though a ten minute walk to Namba station. There's a slightly closer station however it only has stairs which is a problem when you are carrying luggage.
The breakfast though adequate was lacking in a cafeteria like setting and lacking variety. Compared to other hotels I stayed at around Japan in this price range it was sub par. The room was small and had a musty smell though not overpowering.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very accomodating for our needs and were so kind. Had a beautiful view of the city at night time and would often just sit there taking pictures.
The hot water was sometimes empty, but besides that nothing else.

Personeel bij het inchecken als het uitchecken waren ontzettend vriendelijk. De hotelkamer en badkamer was schoon en ruim vergeleken met de gemiddelde kamergrootte in Tokio.

The room was a smoking room. I accidentally chose the wrong one…. I don't smoke, but the sheets smelled really bad of cigarette. We had a terrible night, but as I said, it was my mistake. I wasn't expecting such a strong smell.
