    The accommodation is very well located. There was several bumps in our experience there, including being quoted the wrong price for our transport from the airport and not having this corrected until the same day as us arriving at night, which left us stranded as we couldn’t afford paying 3 to 4 times the original quote that was provided to us. When we finally got to the hostel there was some confusion on not having a room when we arrived in the staff member ended up walking in on someone else who was sleeping. We had to spend our morning, brushing our teeth and washing ourselves with water bottles when the water went out, but that’s not up to the accommodation. When checking out the owner was insisting that we had just paid a deposit and needed to owe them more money before we were allowed to leave the property. They were insisting that we were incorrect when we had prepaid our booking, and after some time, finally acknowledge that we had prepaid and let us go. On the other hand, some of the other staff were friendly. The location is great, and the breakfast was good.

    Kose Pension is not just a Hostel, it's a Community. People, either Staff, Host, fellow traveller, or Owner...all of them were so warm and welcoming. You have the freedom whether to join the community in communal room, or the budget double room is so quiet and private. Vedat, the Manager, has been so helpful with his advises and suggestions.

    not very clean. even glass shards in the shower. but apart from that, I enjoyed my stay.
