The staff is very friendly, and the location is amazing. We loved the terrace view, especially at night. However, we were offered a sandwich for our deprature day as it was early morning which never happened, makes it look very unprofessional and we had to change our eating plan and schedules for this.

If you are looking for a decent place with basic facility and you have budget constrain, this would be a place for you. Do not except too much for the price you are paying. The room I book was Deluxe suite supposed to have individual air conditioning, but there isn't. So the room is quite stuffy some times. I had requested them to place a fan in my room else can't sleep. The cave hotel is rather old and under maintenance, so the toilet is rather dirty where you can see algae everywhere. Morning breakfast choices is limited too, starts from 8-10am. Overall if you only need a place to rest and shower, it is still acceptable. One more thing, if the guest staying next to you is smoking inside the room, the cigarette smell will fill your where room too.
