    The room is very comfortable and spacious. The view from rooftop when hot air balloons take off and land was superb. Strongly recommend!

    We were generally satisfied with the room part of the hotel. Our room was small but compact, and the cleanliness was very good. The friendly attitude of the receptionist who handled our check-out was also a nice detail. However, there are a few points that I believe need improvement. The breakfast was quite insufficient both in terms of variety and space. The breakfast area was very small, and guests had to move by bumping into each other. Hot items like eggs and potatoes were placed in very small portions and ran out immediately. The staff shouting “eggs are ready” while serving honestly added some tension to the atmosphere. The sound insulation was also quite weak; noises from outside and from the upper floor were clearly heard inside the room. Another important issue was the tour prices. During check-in, we were told that the Red Tour was 1400 TL, the Green Tour was 1800 TL, and the ATV tour for two people was 1800 TL. However, when we called in the evening to make a reservation, we were informed that the prices were actually given in Euros, and the tour was 90 EUR. This situation was both misleading and created an unpleasant experience in terms of trust and guest satisfaction. Overall, although we were satisfied with the room and the friendly receptionist, I believe the breakfast quality, sound insulation, and pricing transparency definitely need improvement.
