Great location on long set beach. Within walking distance of many restaurants and convenience stores almost all of which accept credit card. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. They even organized a private boat tour and tuktuk tour for us. Most importantly, the a/c in the rooms worked great. The resort could use some maintenance as some things were falling apart, and the bedsheets and beach towels could be washed better, as the beach towels didn’t smell very good and the bed sheets had some stains on them. We had a great time, and will be staying there again.

From the start this property far surpassed my expectations. Before I arrived the hotels team had assisted me with airport transfers (which were the best rates I found) and the staff met me at the pier to welcome me. Hands down the best staff, the team are so friendly, attentive to your needs and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were certainly the best on the beach. I spent 4 days there on my own and could happily have spent more time there. I would highly recommend this lovely resort!!

Room definitely needs a good refurb for a supposedly 5* hotel.
