    We had one night here, it made a refreshing change to stay at a proper pub. Room was great, warm, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great! So much nicer than a chain hotel.

    Our confirmation email had two attachments. One was the receipt that was fine. The other was the access arrangements which we could not open. Contacted Agoda who also could not open it and they could not get the staff to answer the phone. There was a kitchen chef/worker on site who obviously had his job to do but was out of his way unhelpful. Result was we could not gain access until 6pm so waited 2hrs which was a drag. Such a shame as when we contacted the place to sus out the rooms they were really helpful.
