    This was my second time staying at Baan Kachitpan and I would never stay anywhere else in Bangkok. The old house is such a delight to stay in, and the rooms are always so clean and tidy, and the air-con is a real treat. The location is great, and easy walk to major attractions, yet in a very quiet spot. But best of all is the breakfast - so delicious! The staff are all so friendly and lovely to chat with.... it really is a pleasure to stay here.

    Booked this place for Songkran 2026. It was the perfect place to enjoy the festivities! It's less than a 15-min walk to Khao San. It is also close to sites such as Wat Pho and Grand Palace. Makes it very easy and convenient to explore central Bangkok. There are a lot of Thai restaurants around the corner so you'll never run out of convenient options. More than its great location, I was most impressed with the warmth of the hosts, though. We checked in late but they were still very gracious with us. The customer service was top notch all throughout our stay. Their breakfast was very delicious. Different sets were served everyday. We loved each one of them! The room was spacious. There were 3 of us but it did not feel cramped, even with our things around. The interior gave a very homey feeling that left us with a very good sleep. Toilet and shower room were also spacious and clean. Water pressure for the shower is also good. Will definitely book this place again when I got to Bangkok, and recommend this to friends.

    Baan Kachitpan is a lovely guesthouse; the highlight for me being the terraces which offer a nice place to relax outside. Keep in mind this is an old wood-frame house and is not sound-proof.

    This hotel is more over like a house run by a family. With same price you can get better hotel @ khaosan road. Taxi cannot go to this hotel. You cannot park 2 wheeler in there compound after 9pm. Staff was very nice
