Super location, welcoming host, great varied thaï breakfast

Lovely relaxing stay in a super family-run place in a great location. I looked at a lot of places to stay in BKK and many locations and settled on this in the end. I’m glad I did. A tip for finding it .. search for ‘Uncle and Friends’ which comes up easily. It’s a modern bar and restaurant. When you are there, either ask inside or walk two shops to the right when looking at it, then take the alley way to the left, it’s the second door on the right. I recommend Uncle and Friends in the evening, btw, they have two great vocalists with guitars on every night. It’s an easy walk to the river via the Khao San Road.

There was a small hole at the bottom of the door which made keeping the mosquitoes out quite difficult.

Location was fantastic, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very willing to help you organise your trip, where to go and what to see. Breakfast was a highlight and the courtyard was a great place to relax and escape the bustling city.

Place was hard to find initially, our taxi from the airport couldn't find it! But it wasn't hard to find using google maps once we were nearby.

Friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Even some toys for the baby. Breakfast was delish and love that there are just 3 rooms so its very peaceful and you meet others staying
