The staff provided happy and good customer service. Having the cafe on the bottom floor made for a peaceful morning while I waited for my fiancé to wake up.
The location is perfect, WiFi is reliable and the rooms were clean.
I plan to store this as a repeat location for future stays.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and consisted of Western cuisine (eggs, sausage, bacon, toast etc.) which was welcome to me. Some Buddhist temples within walking distance added to the ambience.
Somewhat out of the way from the city center, but not far from the metro station.

It’s all new with good bad hot waters and clean
Downstairs there is nice coffee shop with good breakfast the staff are nice and help with any thing I needed

I liked that location, easy for GRAB and Busses etc, staff were friendly, room very clean.
While we were there they had maintenance done on the upper part of the hotel, so constant drilling and lots of super loud noise and even vibration from about 8:30am all the way until 5:30pm, I got sick while I was there and had to stay in the hotel for one afternoon to rest and sleep, not a chance, it was so loud you could barely hear your own thoughts. Nice hotel but wouldn't go there again during maintenance time.
