This hotel left a scar in my memory. Since then I can’t trust any 5 start rated hotel on Agoda. It changed my whole perspective on Agoda. I can’t even trust my own instincts. The hotel is uphill. They provide shuttle services however if you are a more of a spontaneous on the go person it’s not convenient. Even grab food delivery got lost. It’s in a highway so it’s noisy and it’s even hard for grab to cross the street because there no lights or traffic stop signs. So if tou are on foot it’s even harder because it’s dark. Breakfast. Stale. Limited. Coffee machine not working properly. Gym. So small. Old old old machines. Also lots of big families if you know the crowds in this side of the world. So even though there is a pool, as a female solo traveler there was no way I was going swimming in a bikini infront of a family of 6. The pool is also in the center of this big apartment style type of layout. So going to breakfast people have to go pass by the people so it’s a very weird weird layout. You won’t have quiet time reading or swimming by the pool. Even during the night. Almost fell in the pool at night because the lighting is so bad and there nothing between the pool and walk path to and from the gate. I checked out two days early. Used some of my vacation money to gain a sense of peace because I was spending 7 days in Thailand. Despite the rain, which my fault, this hotel really damped my summer vacation and now booking a hotel has actually become so strained because I don’t trust 5 stars anymore. Staff were so friendly and kind. Please all of them. They’re doing their best in a place that desperately needs a renovation and spruce up. None of their fault.

The staff lack service capabilities, I stayed in one of the suites which is only accessible by a buggy by the hotel staff which is inconvenient as you have to talk to staff everytime you want to go in and out of hotel, the suite did not have any sun as it was in the corner despite having access to the pool it did not have any decent sun bathing area.
