Very old building, creaky with big rooms and big bathrooms, wooden floors. Property had character. Host was very accommodating & helpful. Parking is round the corner at 12 eur a day at a public multi-storey. Very very minor point, would recommend a rug or two or slippers as walking on bare unpolished wood with bare feet isn’t that comfortable. Quiet part of town but still 10-15 mins walk to the main areas. Would def stay here again, we enjoyed our two nights here. No kettle in the room but they are happy for you to use the one downstairs.

The room and hotel overall was perfect. Only a short walk to the heart of Porto, staff were so lovely and friendly. They literally couldn’t help enough. Room itself was spotless with the bedding and towels being immaculate and so fresh smelling. The WhatsApp they use for any request you may have is brilliant, staff answer very promptly whether that be some advice on the area to fresh towels in the room. Perfect place for a city break, we will be returning on our next trip to Porto
