We hit a refund. We first feel safe in the area. It was very dirty surtoundings

Property was clean and had no issues. Close to the port for a cruise vacation. Room was very small. No place to eat close by. Ordered delivery. Lobby closes so had to wait downstairs for it and open the door. Small inconvenience but over all a nice place.

We ended up not staying and moving to a different hotel. The location didn’t feel safe and far away from the beauty of Marseille

They were kind enough to give us a room without air conditioning having a 1 year old daughter with us we spent the night fighting huge mosquitoes as we were obliged to open the window. And when we asked the lady about the ac she responded in irony and with a lie that the ac is working properly

This hotel was far from the city center with all construction going on!! Also, the room was very dirty and unclean!! There was NOT any receptions after 4:00 pm!! I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!

DO NOT STAY HERE - the hotel is ok (rooms were not ready, towels missing, soap missing, breakfast not great) BUT the worst about this hotel is the location, wasn’t safe to walk to the metro after 6pm, and didn’t feel safe walking around the street around the hotel. Would not recommend

Nice & clean hotel with the sea view, you can see big ships from the room absolutly beatifull. Big room, But Need fix in bathroom. water goes everywhere while you bath and also Missing Hair dryer & shampoing stuffs

I was there for one night only. Hotel is brand new. Room was tidy and bigger then average rooms in other hotels. bathroom clean and tidy. Staff can speak english, and that is very rare in france. Breakfast was very poor. Most important thing: hotel is in very bad neighbourhood, but has a good secured car park. neighbourhood looks like from american movies from the 80'. Like big city gettos where homeless sleeps on the streets etc
