Centrally located hotel, good overall noise isolation in rooms. They gave us a free coffee.
The loud music pumped through all the speakers, geared towards teenagers, making it impossible to have a conversation. The mattresses and pillows were also quite uncomfortable. During busy times, it was clear the reception was understaffed. They even handled food requests – one receptionist took my food out of the oven and left it sitting there while she dealt with another client. Five minutes later I had to ask where it was and it was already cold.
Don’t ask the staff too many questions or they’ll get irritated. For example, I asked them to turn down the music so I could watch the opening match of the Six Nations. They said it wasn’t possible and when I asked them to turn on the TV in a quieter area they said they’d come over but never did.

The staff were all incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The common areas (the lobby and the garden) were spacious, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed (power outlets, water and glasses, etc.). The shared kitchen was extremely useful and practical, with refrigerators, cooking areas, dishes, and so on (although it would have been nice to also have a dishwasher, so you could be sure the dishes were properly cleaned).
The room looked like a university dorm of Aix-Marseille University (except for the bathroom, which was perfectly fine). The furniture was new but cheap, the bed was unbearably small, with small pillows full of lumps and bumps, and a low-quality, uncomfortable mattress. The room gave me a very bad feeling - minimalist to the point of feeling cheap and careless. At the end, when we were asked to pay to leave for a few hours two pieces of luggage. The worst coffee ever (although the rest of the breakfast seemed decent).

Very modern and very clean. The staff was friendly and polite. After 10 pm, the main doors of the hotel lock for extra safety, but guests can enter anytime using their room card. City maps are also available at the reception.
At night, the area may feel a bit unusual since it is not very touristic, although it’s not the worst either. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Welcoming staff willing to help and give valuable information about the city. Parking space, well equipped communal kitchen and laundry room make one’s stay so much easier.
There was no minibar or small fridge in the room to maintain a bottle of cool water.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was good but i booked bunk beds for teenagers which wasnt ideal but it was one night so it worked. Location was great as well.
Huge parking space below hotel but no electrical charging points - not sure why hotels do not invest in this area considering they charge for parking.

Good breakfast for Euro 4.50. Shared lounge and kitchen. Play area for pool and fuzzball. Near MUCEM< Cosquer cave and cathedral; not far from old port/Le Panier area. Metro station nearby. Nice garden area for eating/bar. Room large and well equipped.
Nothing really.

Location is good. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the railway station in one direction and from the city center in 10-15 minutes by foot. If you want to save money, it’s a good option. Th room is clean and completed good
There are no safe and bottles of water in the room. Cleaning is on request, that’s minus for me. Towels were smelly

LGBT friendly environment, helpful staff <3
Hotel is far from the center and it felt very unsafe around the neighbourhood :(( That’s why I don’t recommend staying there. Pay more and stay at the centre, it will completely change your experience of Marseille in a very positive way..

We love this hotel/hostel. This is the best value in Marseille, the rooms are huge, there is everything you need in the communal kitchen, the TV channels are great, adjustable temperature in the room, great shower, etc.
Nothing!

The room was nicely furnished for our needs. The bathroom was very nice and it was spotless. The hotel was well situated - not too far from the train station and near a metro station - and seemed quite secure. Convenient bar/snack bar on the ground floor along with a games area and vending machine.
I chose the hotel for its proximity to the train station, but it is not the nicest area of Marseille (I had read this beforehand). The price was also quite high when we were there but I presume that was due to the rugby match that was on that weekend (which is why we were there).

Cleanliness, modern (seems newly built), bar at reception, good spirit and smiling/welcoming staff
Nothing in particular about the hotel - Only eventually outisde, not always the sentiment to feel 100% safe

clean room and nice simple layout
shower leaked a lot of water onto the floor outside of it - needs to have better seals

It felt really clean! The room had minimal upholstery and it felt clean enough to walk on the floors with bare feet. Simple accommodations in the room (no fridge or microwave) but there’s a coffee bar downstairs, a nice outdoor seating area, laundry facilities that you can use yourself, and a game area. Location is fine, nothing special. We were able to check in late at night around midnight which we really appreciated.
No complaints.

Everything very good hotel good value for money
Breakfast a little expensive

The hotel is clean, it has a bar, kitchen but you can also bring in your own food and soft drinks to eat and drink in the lounge or courtyard. The area surrounding is a tad untidy but the hotel itself was very clean.
No bar/snacks on 1 or our days which was a little inconvenient. Lack of kettle in room, would have been nice to have one but understand why not as it is a hostel.

Fantastic for families (we stayed with our two girls aged 7 and 10), great room set up with a double and bunks, new clean decor, staff super friendly and helpful, great parking, breakfast good choice and value. It was fantastic value for centre of Marseille 5 mins from La Panier, 12 from port.
Nothing, for the price and flex (€15) for 2pm checkout and secure parking it can’t be beaten.

The huge guest kitchen facilities were a bonus and a great added touch. Has a vibe of fancy family youth hostel with private rooms. The chill out área, Laundry room and garden bar would be great if staying longer.
The rooms are basic but good for a quick stop over. Didnt like the lack of air con in the rooms but there is a fan cooling system which can be set 4 degrees less than outside temperature. The towels are thin and bed sheets are a bit flanalette style.

The hotel felt extremely safe and was very clean. It was great having a communal kitchen and outdoor dining areas
Nothing! It was amazing!!
