    Extremely disappointing experience. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have had. Basic amenities that every guest expects were either missing or not functioning properly. There was no water provided in the room, no kettle available, and despite repeated requests, the staff failed to address these issues in a timely and professional manner. What made the experience even more frustrating was the poor level of service. The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests and there was a clear lack of attention to customer satisfaction. Simple requests took far too long to be handled, and communication was inadequate throughout the stay. When guests pay for accommodation, they expect at least the basic necessities and a reasonable standard of hospitality. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both fronts. The overall management appeared disorganized, and the lack of responsiveness made the stay uncomfortable and stressful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Significant improvements are needed in customer service, room amenities, and overall guest care before I would ever consider staying here again. Very disappointing and certainly not worth the money spent.
