The woman at the reception is very unpleasant, it’s like we are begging her to give us what we paid for. But everything else is very nice, breakfast is exceeeelleeeeeent, the beds are good, the pools are clean, and they have enough pools for everyone.

Really great experience, value for money is top, some staff members don't know English but they are very sweet abd can teach you Turkish.
