    What I liked: The location was excellent, and everything was clean. What I didn’t like: Most of the time, we did not have hot water. Also, we had to call several times to ask for towels, toilet paper, and soap.

    Extremely disappointing experience. This hotel does not even deserve one star. I stayed here, and the conditions were completely unacceptable. There were no clean blankets available because the blankets they had were dirty. Imagine staying at a hotel and not even being provided with a clean blanket to sleep with. There is no room service, and even something as basic as hot water was a problem. If you wanted hot water just to make a coffee or tea, you had to ask for it. Basic necessities that you would expect from any hotel were either unavailable or extremely difficult to get. The overall cleanliness, service, and comfort were terrible. A hotel should at the very least provide its guests with clean bedding, hot water, and basic service. Unfortunately, this place failed even at the basics. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. Other than that, I cannot recommend it at all. We were extremely disappointed and would never choose to stay here again. In my opinion, it does not even deserve a one-star rating.

    Overall, it all comes down to the people, and the people working there are very nice and professional. But the hotel is lacking some basics, such as constant hot water. After 5 pm, forget about showering with hot water. Also, the water from the tap was salty and full of chlorine. Breakfast is served from 8 until 10 am, but at 9:30 you almost don't have to bother going there since there will be no food, and they will not refill anything even if you ask for something. If you are there, know that the location is great. You have a market just beside, cafés and restaurants all around the hotel, and the beach is super close.

    They lied about the wifi there is only wifi next to the pool and I couldn’t do any work there. I had no wifi in my room at all/ they organised my transfer and I missed my flight because I arrived one hour after I was meant to after I clearly told them what time I needed to be there. I never slept once as the noise was so loud in the rooms partying and music, and a rooster was there everyday making noise early in the morning. The electricity cut out every day. Staff were kind but I’m not happy at all.
