Overall, the stay was good, but several facilities—especially in the room—need maintenance. The beds were uncomfortable, the air-conditioning units were not working properly, and the bathroom facilities also required attention.
During booking, the only available meal-plan option was breakfast and dinner, which I selected. However, it was not clearly stated that drinks were not included. When I arrived, the staff informed me that my reservation was not all-inclusive and that all drinks had to be paid for separately. This should be made much clearer during the booking process.

We booked 2 family rooms. Looks great from the outside but is poorly maintained from inside. Room and washroom doors didn’t close, washrooms were not clean. Air conditioner for one room and one lounge were not working, we arrived at 5pm but rooms were not ready. We were given one room but had to wait for 2 hours for the other one which was still dirty when handed over. The pool and slide were good but they closed at 5pm which was a pity.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Great breakfast. Both days we had variety in menu and overall very good value for money. Spa closes at 6:30 pm. We came after a 6 hour drive from Konya. Wanted to relax but had to rely on other options. Rest everything was great.

We stayed here for 2 nights, we were very happy and would recommend this nice hotel. The room was very clean & spacious with a cute window on the roof. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is really big and super clean.
Breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of varieties (We weren'texpecting this, so it was a pleasantsurprise 😊). Staff were very friendly and courteous.
The rooms on street side can be a bit noisy at night. So if you're noise sensitive, bring ears plugs.
My suggestion is to add a little shelf in the spacious bathroom for guests to put their toiletries kits/install a few hooks to hang clothes; and have a cover/blind for the skywindow.
We will be back, hopefully soon.
