Old building, leaking showe and smelly bathroom .
Not helpfull and very rude staff. They guy refused to give me a second key card for a suite with 4 person.

This hotel's fabulous and fantastic. The location is nearby the town.. all stuffs are nice and helpful.

Overall, the stay was good, but several facilities—especially in the room—need maintenance. The beds were uncomfortable, the air-conditioning units were not working properly, and the bathroom facilities also required attention.
During booking, the only available meal-plan option was breakfast and dinner, which I selected. However, it was not clearly stated that drinks were not included. When I arrived, the staff informed me that my reservation was not all-inclusive and that all drinks had to be paid for separately. This should be made much clearer during the booking process.

Not extremely clean, price was good so I guess you get what you paid for. Hotel needs some maintenance. Our room was on the ground floor so water started creeping in when it was raining but Efe was extremely helpful. Despite being a receptionist he went down on his knees with towels to clean up the room.
