    Great location with easy access to all top attractions and shopping place. Centrally located but quiet and not full of tourists. No tea and coffees offered thru out the days like many hotels in Japan normally do. Room service only offered once every 3 days but you can pay 500 Yen to get it done daily.

    Our first time in Japan was made so much more memorable during our stay. We were located conveniently close to a train station, convenience store, and many local restaurants! The staff were always very friendly, professional, and kind. We plan on staying here again during our next trip!

    We immediately had problems with the air con. The room was very hot. There was an error message on the screen and although we kept trying, the temperature would not stay down. So we turned it off and after 10 minutes it would turn itself back on again. Over and over again. We complained to the front desk who said they would fix it by controlling it from reception and they made the temperature hotter - 26 degrees!!! After a few hours of suffering we complained again and they eventually moved us to same room type on a lower floor and our rooms are no longer next to each other. They should have done something to apologise for making us sweat for a few hours. Hubby's initial room had a blocked toilet (was like that on arrival). It only became apparent when he flushed the toilet after doing a wee and a strangers turd bubbled up in the toilet at him - pretty gross. We stayed at 3 star *** in Nagoya and their rooms are nicer and more modern. This is meant to be 4 star but the room is very worn and tired. Not worth the money. I'm sorry to say I would not recommend.
