We spent 4 nights, with my family, the room is medium size and in very good condition. The hotel location is perfect and close to every things. The workers are all smiling and cooperating, especially the administration. Great place at a reasonable price.

First day I was given the wrong room, but later they put me to a nice room. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Hotel is a bit old fashioned. Rooms and bathrooms are quite old and desperately to be furnished. Our room was pretty small for 4 people. I was hoping the room would be a little bigger. Staff was generally friendly however one guy at the reception was very rude. He’d argue with customers everyday. One day I heard him scream at a customer, which woke me up from my sleep. Language is a big problem not just in the hotel but in the whole of Istanbul.
Free tea and coffee was served all day long which was nice. Hotel is close to the main tourist attractions. It’s also close to tram and bus stop. Many peoples to eat close by.
