Aonang Fiore Resort

Very relaxed

Had a wonderful 4 days stay at Aonang Fiore Resort in the Jacuzzi Villa. Majority of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and always helpful whenever needed. The room was exactly as shown online — spacious, clean, and most importantly not dusty. All the appliances in the room worked perfectly well. The massage service was terrific and truly relaxing. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable too, with different main dishes served throughout my stay, plus they even have an egg station. What I loved most was the peaceful and quiet environment away from the crowd. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway to recharge and catch up on sleep, this is definitely the perfect place to stay. Really enjoyed every moment here and would gladly return again.

We had booked two rooms for 3 nights for a total of five guests. Prior to our arrival, I had contacted the property via email regarding the room occupancy arrangement. When I did not receive a response, I sent a detailed message through Agoda. While the property did not directly address my query regarding occupancy, they did respond to my questions about airport transfers and acknowledge that there would be five people travelling. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed us that three people would not be allowed in one of the rooms and insisted that we pay an additional charge. When I presented the email and Agoda messages as evidence of our prior communication, the reception staff dismissed them, stating that the person who had replied was "someone else" and not them. This was particularly frustrating, as we had clearly communicated in advance that we did not require any additional facilities or amenities for the extra guest. After escalating the matter to the manager, she reviewed the communication history and eventually agreed that the issue stemmed from a misunderstanding on the hotel's side. However, despite initially informing us that the room would be ready by 1:30 PM, we were then made to wait until 2:00 PM following this discussion, even though the room was ready. This was especially disappointing as I was travelling with my family, including my mother, who was unwell at the time. We were left waiting in the lobby for an extended period and were only moved to an air-conditioned waiting area at 2:00 PM while waiting for the buggy transfer. I would like to emphasise that the property itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. The surroundings are serene, and the resort offers a wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by the rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behaviour of the reception staff. While I do not recall their names, their handling of the situation lacked empathy, accountability, and basic customer service standards. Had the matter been addressed professionally from the beginning, this could have been easily resolved. It is disappointing that what should have been a relaxing start to our stay became an unnecessarily stressful experience.
