    Stayed for 3 nights from Apr 30 – May 3, 2026 at Sapa Dragon Hotel. Location was quite convenient and accessible. However, considering the amount we paid, the breakfast selection was very basic and the room cleanliness could be improved. Overall, acceptable stay mainly because of the location.

    We enjoyed our 3-day stay here in Sapa Dragon Hotel. We loved everything about this place. We also enjoyed the view from our room. The hotel is also close to everything— Sapa City Center, spas, the famous Pho restaurant. Plus, the owner/staff is very friendly!! ❤️ She is very accommodating and really helpful. She also provided us information on the events happening in Plaza (we were there during their Independence day and Labor day) and the things to expect in places like Fansipan. Just expect that there will be no elevator. Only stairs but the staff will help you in case you need help with your luggage. Overall, we will definitely book again in this hotel once we come back in Sapa.

    Good hotel location which is within walking distance to Sapa Station and Sapa Square. The owner - Ms. Kieu Ahn helped us to arrange our itineraries and transport arrangements to most tourist spots in Sapa. Will certainly stay here again if I ever return to Sapa next time.

    I stayed at a suite room for a family of three with one young kid. To be honest, the woman at the receptionist was the most friendly in the hotel. I guess she is the owner. She entertained our requests well. She was always smiling and helpful. However, it all started on the very early morning the next day when the noise from other group was uncontrollable. They even had a party and the karaoke was so loud at midnight. Then there was no power supply. Our aircon was off until i texted her about the issue and a minute after that it was resolved. I did not like the smoking smell every nights of our stays. It was so disturbing and I just could not bear the smell. I got to extend my stay until 1pm due to waiting my shuttle to pick us up. I did not recommend those with small children as it is not a healthy surrounding to stay in that hotel. I saw no other foreigners stay there. It was Vietnamese most of the times. Price wise was okay for that size of room but environment wise it is not.
