Very good location in the center of the Sa Pa
No elevator which makes it hard to get to 3rd floor with large suitcases, and the first night my AC wasn’t working

The location was great and I could see the mountain from my room. The hotel is also within walking distance of Sapa station, Sapa Night Market and Sapa Lake. The staff was super helpful. They helped me book a bus to Hanoi
The property was not clean. It had a musty smell and the surfaces seemed to not have been cleaned or wiped in a while
