    We had a very pleasant stay at Raeli Hotel Siracusa and were genuinely surprised by how much we enjoyed our experience. After reading several negative reviews before our trip, I was admittedly quite skeptical. However, during our stay in June 2026, we did not encounter any of the issues mentioned in those reviews. The hotel's location is excellent—right next to Roma Termini station—which made getting around Rome and accessing public transport extremely convenient. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a great start to each day. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff, who were always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping it tidy throughout our stay. We also experienced none of the problems we had read about beforehand—there was no noise disturbance, no unpleasant interactions with staff, and no issues with cleanliness. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend the hotel to travelers looking for a convenient base in Rome.

    Very good hotel depsite of being old building the interior are very neat and clean and well maintained the location is the cherry on top as soon as you step out of the rome termini station you see the hotel raeli siracusa I would surely visit again and would surely recommend this hotel also the breakfast was included it was very good in my 3 country vacation this place was the best in terms of location

    It’s not even a stone throw away from roma termini, so excellent location. However my room was extremely small, so if you are here for many days, take a bigger room. Breakfast was good with variety. Staff was polite and competent. Little higher rate for the room size but overall new furniture and incredible location

    Assigned Room 335 which was not accessible by lift, need to go up one more level by stairs after using lift. And need to walked through a number of narrow corridors, like maze, to reach the room. First time used heavy key instead of room card. Felt unsecured and scared. Saw many available keys hanging on the reception but no ideas I was assigned to this room which was not easily accessible. Turned off all lights before sleeping. However, when waked up next morning, a light under bed was turned on. I suspected someone came in my room at midnight. Next day morning, I put baggages to the hotel for temporary storage. The staff gave me a key to a storage room On My Own. The storage room stored other guests’ baggages. Very unsecured! Unluckily, after staying in this dangerous room, I found my wallet was lost in the morning. Reported to the reception staff, though they helped search, they didn’t get my contact numbers or emails for follow up. This is my first time to rank a very low score to a hotel.
