The hotel is very quaint, in the most beautiful village. Staff were so helpful. The place is immaculate, beautiful modern bathroom with lovely shower gel, nice towels. Food is fantastic, stunning vegetarian dishes. Absolutely loved the place

Nice hotel in scenic village, with restaurant and terras in the middle of quiet village

A basic room to sleep in, but oh so charming! Im smitten by the village and this hotel with its related restaurant. The room is very spacious; Ill even call it large. Sure its basic, but youre in a charming German mountain village. All the important stuff is there for a comfortable nights rest: space; comfortable bed; spacious bathroom with everything in it modernized and functioning properly. I had a better night here than the previous night in a high-priced large hotel in Amsterdam! The included breakfast is buffet-style, comprehensive and plentiful. Moreover, I would come to discover that the hotels restaurant is the local areas cool going out spot. Had dinner there on my second night, and it was full of locals having a great time. I had a genuine German experience (practically no one spoke English!).My only wish was that **I** spoke German, so I could engage with what seemed to be a very friendly crowd. This hotel/restaurant is also a local institution, having been in operation since 1909. Great place to stopover in the region, whether for the Nurburgring, or just to take in the beautiful Eifel mountains.

The hotel was very nice and quite reasonably priced. The restaurant associated with it was really good. The location was perfect. Went en route to the Nurburgring. Hotel was about 30 minutes away on beautiful roads.

I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel. I speak only English, thankfully the owner spoke English. He was kind and patient with me. The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was large as well. The shower was adjustable with good temperature and pressure. I would have never found this hotel without a booking website, since it is off the beaten path. However, if I ever return to Germany I will stay here again and will recommend to anyone visiting. It is within a reasonable distance to the Nurburgring. The hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. They provided a very nice breakfast as well. I highly recommend this quiet and quaint hotel off the beaten path.
