Very nice place to stay. 3 min walk to dolphin mall. 15 min drive to airport. Fantastic breakfast.

I arrived there at 1AM for my one-night stay only to find out that there was no room for me, despite a confirmed reservation that was fully paid for. The male staff member just handed me a piece of paper with the manager's signature and card, asking me to go to another property 10 miles away, where they "reserved" a room for me. And to my bigger surprise, this was not the first time it happened. Well how nice! What if you, Mr. Indifferent and whatever name your manager is, were told at MIA, without any notice in advance whatsoever, that your flight from Miami to New York has been changed to take off from an airport in West Palm Beach instead because we no longer have a flight for you here at MIA? Oh, "we are sorry for the inconvenience?" Please go to WPB first AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE if you want to fly to New York. How does that sound to you? What kind of airline will that be? I hope you and your manager can be so "lucky" to come across such a surprising miracle, otherwise learn how to manage your bookings well and stop passing the buck to someone else, which should be available in Hotel Management 101, regardless of where the reservation comes from, ok!? Wait, you've never heard of AGODA? Well, here is your chance to learn!! Remember it and love it!!
