I had stopped by the Nuvo hotel and the concierge was extremely rude starting that since it was 1 am she hadn’t switched her system to the next day came back at 3-4 am as per her instructions to see if a room was available she had sold the last room after having told her we are nurses that drove 13 hours from Georgia. Next up was the double tree was much more classy , same process as last booking didn’t honor early check. (5-6) am. Stating that all rooms were booked I could understand that. So I asked if 12 noon (check out time) was ok he said no, due to no maids being present. So at 3 pm we came back mind you that’s a total of 9 hours in a car no including a 13 hour drive. (22 hits in a vehicle)

Will highly recommend as its close to the malls and other stores. Its clean and rooms are huge in comparison to others. One downfall thou no breakfast included.

Clean and comfortable hotel, well located for Miami and the Everglades. Good carpark, big rooms and nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
