I was very disappointed because the elevator broke down and we have only one elevator for a 6 story building. There’s no excuse for that, specially taking in consideration that it was a holiday weekend (July 4). I find it hard to believe that Hilton properties don’t have a plan for situations like this one or that they don’t have the money to pay emergency elevator services.
Everything else was good. The breakfast is great.
