    The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast and dinner buffets, and we felt that our package was worth it. The lounge area was also a nice addition to our stay. However, there were a few things that made our experience less comfortable. The elevators took a very long time, and there was often a long wait just to get on one. This may seem like a small issue, but for us, especially since we were traveling with children, it was quite inconvenient. The pillows were also very thin and soft, to the point that my head would sink down, so I personally found them uncomfortable. I also didn't expect the bathroom to be so small, with very limited space for both the toilet and shower area. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend this hotel to people who are not too particular about the bathroom size, pillows, or waiting for the elevators. However, considering the amount we paid, I personally felt that these small inconveniences made the stay less worthwhile, especially when traveling with children.

    Very nice gesture to provide alcohol and light snacks at the L1 rest area! However location is not near to any attractions . Clean rooms too!

    We booked through Agoda for the mountain view tatami room (least expensive room), but due to the location on the floor, we were able to see both the mountains and a bit of Ago Bay. We got this room with both breakfast and dinner included for ￥22,000 for the two of us, so when you consider the cost of the two meals, we essentially got a free room. It wasn't crowded on the night that we stayed, so we didn't experience any of the problems with the elevators mentioned in other reviews. We took advantage of the free shuttle from the station and the free shuttle to Shima Spain Village, so it was a great stay for the money.

    The hotel really need refurbishment, it is really tired looking. Unless you want to visit Shima region, it is really far and winding road from Ise Jing.
