    From pick up at transportation center, check in, dining until check out, the staff offer professional service. Exploring the areas and having meals in different restaurants are also interesting! I would appreciate if they provide direct shuttle from JR station and add more washing machines.

    Resort is self contained like a little town. Pampered by the farm stay alike-feel outside the city. Staff is superb, really trying their best to make our stay the best! Had some hiccups in the originally assigned rooms and they had quickly reassigned another room. Onsen was mind blowing. Love the spread and breakfast options!

    今回宿泊した際食べ歩きイベントがあり、ゆったりとしながら観光ができました。vison内にバギー体験などありvison内だけでも十分観光が楽しめました。食事も夕食朝食付きのプランにしましたがどちらも店舗を選択でき、私が選んだ場所の食事は非常に美味しく満足できました。室内にあるジャグジー付きの露天風呂も非常に良かったです。 ただvison内が広いため楽しむには歩きやすい靴などが必要になると思います。

    When I arrived to check-in , nobody can answer me as the staff can’t communicate well in English. The staff also seems not helpful and reacted very slowly. I stayed here for 3 nights. We communicated with the staff to reserve the breakfast and it takes us almost 20 minutes as we can’t communicate well. The worst thing is when we arrived the breakfast place, they said they don’t have our booking. And then we called the reception. The staff has no response at all. It made us so angry. Not only communication problem. The staff is also not helpful. I think if they are not welcomed foreigners. They should not put their hotel in the worldwide booking agent. It really wasted us plenty of time for communication
