I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the Spa. It was absolutely the worst spa and massage I've ever had and there was some suspicious behaviour in there which I avoided. However, I know that the spa is run separately. I would just recommend the management of this hotel to disassociate with the Spa and/or remove its mention from the website. Otherwise the hotel itself was perfect. Great food, great service, really wonderful experience.

Breakfast is pretty good. Bathrooms in the property needs maintenance. The bathtubs and commode do have stains as they are old. Room-service staff attending the calls needs training on customer service.
Overall the stay was pretty decent.

I stay at Shenbaga every time I visit Pondicherry. It is comfortable, safe and clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent! The a/c is great especially on those hot and humid days and nights

Good quality hotel. About 1 mile from the beach.
Nice clean rooms.
