    The place is not bad. The location is great - it's surrounded by restaurants, shops and it's very close to the beach. The owner is super kind. The place can be found easy. The room itself is not bad - it has an air conditioner, a fridge and a big mirror. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is nice. It was a bit awkward that people from the hotel across the street could see the whole room. The biggest minus was the cleanliness - 2/3 towels in my room were dirty. I immediately noticed that one of them is not clean and it was changed few minutes later, but the fact the towels were dirty in the first place wasn't nice.

    Staying overnight after scuba. Sign on the wall suggests the room is used for "other" things but that is Patong. Room and bathroom basic but nice. Good location with good restaurants, etc around but far enough away from the major craziness of Patong. Not more than a 2 star hotel but great if that is what you are looking for.
