    It's an older resort, but it has everything one would need. The rooms are large. It has internet and an in-room safe. Can rent a bike from the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

    Had a wonderful 2-night stay at Tony Resort Patong. The rooms were spotless, the facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The hotel offers excellent value for money, exceeding expectations in every aspect. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Patong.

    Very disappointing experience. We checked in at night with our family and booked 3 rooms. From the beginning, one of the staff was extremely rude and judgmental, assuming that we had booked only one room and were planning to stay together. The staff even made an annoyed face and showed a very unpleasant attitude towards us. The next day, we were simply waiting in the lobby for our van to pick us up. My sister, who was staying at another hotel, came to sit with us while waiting because we were going to take the same van. She did not go upstairs or enter any of our rooms. However, a staff member named *** was extremely rude towards us and made us feel very unwelcome. Another staff member was also rude at first, although she eventually treated me better. What made the experience worse was the way we were treated compared to what you would expect from paying hotel guests. The behaviour felt discriminatory and, honestly, very racist. We were judged and treated poorly for no apparent reason. Also, this was my first time staying at a hotel where an iron could not be provided upon request. I find this very unreasonable and inconvenient, especially for a hotel. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The facilities may be fine, but the attitude and customer service of certain staff completely ruined our experience. Hotel guests deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism regardless of who they are or where they come from.
