    I had hoped to provide a good review but as the hotel did not provide what it promised, I really can’t. There was no swimming pool operational during our stay and although I asked for use of a room with a private pool, even offering to pay extra, no recompense for misadvertising was forthcoming. Bottles of water were in the room on Day 1 but thereafter the charge was several dollars a bottle. Breakfast taken on one day was poor, grumpy staff and absolutely no choice. ‘We do one breakfast’ with hands on hips attitude. If you are veggie or vegan, forget it. The stairs to reception were windy and steep. No help to carry luggage was provided.
