It's a fun place with a clean pool, lots of music and activities. We've stayed here numerous times. This time was imperfect. Our dishwasher beeped all night and we couldn't stop the noise. Maintenance came the next morning and turned off the circuit leading to the appliance and we were without a dishwasher for the balance of our stay. We felt that management should have compensated us for this.

Our room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. They were very prompt to deliver us more supplies like coffee when needed. The food in the restaurant was not that good and we often received dirty looks from the staff if we arrived later in the day (an hour and a half before closing) The pools were clean and towels were available however the young ladies behind the towel counter were often laying on thier arm on the counter or on thier cell phone, paying no mind to the guests. The entertainment at night was pretty decent. We also noticed that they managed the party vibe well while still closing down the bar and music at a decent time to be respectful of all guests. Honestly if management would correct the few staffing issues I mentioned and increase the food quality, this resort could really be outstanding. The bartender at the hilltop pool, Cameron was outstanding.
